Rooted in Italy,
Growing in the U.S.

Welcome to Rosemary's, where the spirit of neighborhood hospitality converges with a dedication to sustainability, creating a uniquely authentic Italian dining experience. Our journey began in 2012 with a humble rooftop garden, inspired by our founder's mother, Rosemary, and her garden in the countryside of Lucca, Italy. Beginning in West Village, Rosemary’s is now sowing seeds in Stuytown, Midtown, and Miami with a commitment to community betterment.

Great Service,
Better Ingredients,
Stronger Community.

Our founder, Carlos Suarez, moved around a lot during his childhood; however, two things remained constant: his mother's meticulous attention to detail and her cherished copper pots. These elements nurtured a love for cooking that fuels the warm hospitality of Rosemary's today. It also inspires us to uphold the same level of care as Carlos's mother, reflected in our hand-crafted pastas and pizzas.

Beneath our dedication to service lies an unwavering commitment to forging a more sustainable future.

Through numerous partnerships with local producers, in addition to our West Village rooftop garden, our fresh ingredients cater to diverse budgets without compromising quality or our values.

At Rosemary's, dining transcends the culinary experience—it is a celebration of thoughtful living rooted in cherished childhood memories. We extend a warm invitation for you to join a community that embraces hospitality, sustainability, and the joy of sharing exceptional pastas and wine - whatever the occasion may be. As we say, Ogni Occasione!
